Gerald Hargrove
 Gerald Hargrove has worked in the
construction industry for over 35 years. He originally started out
working with his family owned and operated swimming pool business for about
ten years. He also began building houses during this time. He
founded Gerald Hargrove Inspection Services in 1980 and has been inspecting
residential and commercial properties since, completing over 15,000
inspections. Gerald also owns Gerald Hargrove Construction Company
which specializes in custom built homes and remodeling existing homes.
He has restored numerous historical properties in the Augusta area.
Gerald joined the American Society of Home Inspectors in 1980.

Sanford Campbell
Sanford Campbell has worked with Gerald
Hargrove Construction and Inspections for over 20 years, taking an active
role in the inspection company over 5 years ago. Sanford's construction
background includes being involved in all phases of residential construction
from the ground to the roof - from laying the foundation to the finishing
details. He has extensive knowledge of not only how a home should be built,
but also of how to make proper repairs on existing structures. Sanford has
inspected over 2500 homes. He is NACHI and ASHI certified, and is a licensed
home inspector in South Carolina.

John Boudreaux
John Boudreaux has an engineering degree from
Georgia Tech, and worked as an engineer for three years before becoming a
home inspector in 2000. He has completed over 2500 inspections. John specializes in
synthetic and hardcoat stucco homes and he is an ASHI, ICC and EDI certified inspector.

Med Grubbs
James "Med" Grubbs moved to the
Augusta area from Barnwell, SC in 1996 after
working in the family business for 16 years. He then entered the housing
industry where he bought and sold foreclosed homes. Med gained extensive
knowledge about homes through the repairing and refurbishing of these
homes to be resold.
Med is ASHI, NACHI, and AHIT certified. He is also licensed in SC and
completes over 500 inspections per year.

Mark Word
Mark moved to the Augusta area in 2001 from the Shenandoah Valley in
Virginia. He is originally
 from Hampton SC in the low country area of the
state. He brings with him over 8 years of experience in several different
areas of the housing industry. He attended The College Of The Albemarle in
Elizabeth City, NC. He was also formerly enlisted in the US Coast Guard.
Mark is ASHI certified and also licensed in SC. He completes over 500
inspections per year.
